Phone Stock Kenya delivers original phones, accessories and electronics across Kenya from our shop on Luthuli Avenue, opposite Ramogi House, Nairobi CBD.

How long does delivery take?

• Nairobi: same-day delivery.
• Rest of Kenya: 1–3 days.

Orders placed late in the day or on Sundays may be dispatched the next working day. We will contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery fee depends on your location and is shown at checkout before you pay. You can also ask us for a quote by phone or WhatsApp.

Can I pick up my order from the shop?

Yes. You can collect your order from our shop on Luthuli Avenue, opposite Ramogi House, Nairobi, Monday to Saturday, 8am–7pm.

Do you ship outside Kenya?

No. We currently deliver within Kenya only.

Please give a complete delivery address and a phone number we can reach. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us immediately and we will help resolve it.
